The fastest way to report something on the canvas is the area tool (▭, or press R): drag a box around it and choose Report… — moderators see it straight away. By email, include the pixel coordinates (shown when you tap a pixel) and a sentence on why. When asking about a payment, include the PayPal order ID from your history.
