Refund policy

Fair, simple refunds.

• Unused credits can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Email support@pennycanvas.com from the address on your account with the PayPal order ID (it's on your history page).
• Partially used packs are refunded pro-rata for the credits still in your account, minus the pack's bonus credits.
• Spent credits are not refundable — pixels were placed and the service was delivered, even if someone painted over them afterwards.
• Refunds go back to the original PayPal account, usually within 5 business days. The refunded credits are removed from your balance.
• Accounts suspended for breaking the rules are not eligible for refunds.
• Deleting your account forfeits any credits still on it, so ask for a refund you're entitled to before you delete.
• Membership charges are refundable in full within 14 days of the charge if you haven't used the membership's paid perks in that period (yearly plans: 14 days from the start of the year). Cancelling stops future charges; the current period runs out as paid.
• If we ever shut the canvas down, unused purchased credits will be refunded on request during a 30-day notice period.

Opening a PayPal dispute for credits you already spent counts as payment abuse and leads to suspension — please write to us first; we're reasonable.
